After my meeting with Thomas, I then spoke with Katie to get more details on Columbia Gas rebates. Not long after, I scheduled the job. The installers were excellent. They did the job in a professional and timely manner. It was 90 degrees outside, so it was extremely hot in the attic and they were in the attic on and off for nearly 4 hours. They made sure everything was sealed and then installed insulation. Within a couple hours after they left, I could immediately tell the difference with the air conditioning. I also must say that I appreciate the diversity in the company.
