Our energy audit was conducted in December and involved some thermal imaging and other testing to identify points of heat loss. Dwayne did this, and I'd concur with others who've reviewed the company in saying that he was punctual, professional, and helpful. He answered questions along the way and was clear and friendly. Because I haven't owned my home for long, he wasn't able to do a full analysis of past electric bills, but the report he sent a few days later was still really helpful. There was an overview of how electricity is generally utilized (percentages assigned to different appliances, eg.), which helped me understand where we should invest in reducing energy costs. He also pointed out a few small things we could do (caulking, a fireplace "balloon") to immediately reduce drafts.
I signed on to have additional work done by Greene Solutions. Insulation in our attics was the big-ticket item. We hit a snag with scheduling around some of the smaller items I also requested, and that was resolved very professionally. The crew that came to do the insulation matched my earlier experience: nice guys, attentive to keeping my house clean (they vacuumed afterwards!), clear in explanations of everything.
This was a very good experience and I'd recommend them without reservation.
