Thomas Greene was my primary contact through the entire process, from the audit to the completion of the project. He was thorough, professional and patient. I had a lot of questions, all of which Thomas took the time to explain in layman's terms. I now have a 12 page audit report that provides a complete summary including very helpful photos, pages of thermal photos showing where there are leaks throughout the house. The several projects took two days. Day 1: Cleaning the ducts, Day 2: everything else. Everyone involved was professional and a pleasure to work with. As expected with an older house, the team ran into a few obstacles. Insulating the area containing the bathroom pipes was problematic at first due to the previous owner's unsuccessful attempts to prevent them from freezing. But the Greene Solutions team did not give up and spent hours investigating and problem solving until a solution was reached. I expressed my interest in wanting to know how things were progressing and was pleased that everyone was proactive in calling me over to explain things, show me progress and generally keep me informed. It was nice to see their passion. They care about the work they perform as a result it's a job well done. We have areas in the house needing more insulation and plan to have Greene Solutions complete the job sometime in the future.
